Job Title: Space Planner
Job Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Monday through Thursday in office)
Job Duration: 4 Months (Possible Conversion)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
Summary

• Work with client teams on all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
• Support occupancy and space planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review all occupancy requests.
• Engage with tactical business space representatives to collect planning requirements.
• Develop tactical planning scenarios.
• Perform regular and ad-hoc audits.
• Assist senior planners in the development of strategic plans as needed.
• Coordinate with the MAC team for implementation of space plans.

Required Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Occupancy planning.
• Move, add, and change (MAC) experience.
• CAD experience.
• Test fits and design-related work.

Technical Skills

• Data analytics.
• Occupancy planning.
• Space planning.
• Test-fitting.
• Project coordination.
• CAD/Revit.

Software Skills

• CAFM systems:
  • Serraview
  • Archibus
  • FMS
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Excel

Education

• Degree preferred.
