Mint Physician Staffing in Coral Gables, FL off of Miracle Mile—is a well-funded, entrepreneurial, fast growing company that is looking for passionate, solution-oriented consultants to recruit quality physicians for our national client-base of healthcare facilities. As a Recruitment Consultant, your job will be to find, contact, and recruit physicians and other healthcare providers for lucrative Locum Tenens (temporary) assignments all over the nation. We offer base salary, healthcare benefits plus an uncapped commission plan, flex days (noon to 9:00pm),early release (3:00pm) Fridays, the opportunity to earn more than two weeks PTO/Vacation and a ping pong table in the office to blow off steam!
We will train you on all of the unique aspects of the job and this sector of healthcare. Locum Tenens is a $2.4 billion industry and Mint Physician Staffing is well-positioned to serve the needs of specific our clients’ healthcare facilities. We are looking for high-integrity, performance-oriented individuals who exude the confidence and conviction needed to not only gain trust from physicians, but also to build lasting relationships. It will be your job to negotiate individual contracts and present temporary assignments to physicians in your network. Wthin two to three years of hard work many of our employees are earning well into six figures, even those recently out of college.
