This is a medical-dental clinic that is part of one of the Northwest's largest community health centers, serving over 40 clinics across 18 communities in Washington and Oregon. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the facility operates as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality care to underserved communities with a team-based approach to patient care.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive family medicine and community health services to a largely migrant and Latino community
• 0.80 FTE position (32 hours per week) with opportunity to manage your own patient panel
• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care support
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Participate in team-based patient care approach focusing on underserved populations
• Opportunity for new graduates with clinical rotation experience in community health
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree in Physician Assistant required
• Optional 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
• $3,100 annual CME allowance with five days (40 hours) of CME time
